The six-speed, close-ratio transmission have high gear ratios in first and sixth gear to smooth the shift action into second and higher gears. This also increases the sensation of acceleration to the rider when operating the throttle.

Electrical Features

The V-STROM’s instrument panel uses a 5-inch, full-color TFT LCD screen. The V-STROM 1050’s TFT display was the first of its kind on a Suzuki Adventure motorcycle.
