"On our way back to PA from the Gaspe' Peninsula Quebec, my front tire decided it didn't want to make the trip home. So after contacting Duane at the shop, he said he would hold a tire for me and get me in ASAP once I got the bike there on a SATURDAY! Once there I had a new tire installed in 30 minutes and I was on my way!! You guys in Maine are lucky to not only have such a great dealership, but Duane was one of the most nicest guys I have ever met. Truly a class act!!! Thanks again!!!"

"I bought my first motorcycle almost three years ago from street cycles, a 1982 suzuki, shortly after purchase i had some electrical issues with the bike, street cycles, repaired it over and over again for 4 months, i ended up with a new battery, new stator coil, new alternator, new fuse box and more, i paid $800 for the bike and they must have invested more then triple that after i bought it, no other dealership would have done that to keep a customer happy, because of that i have refered atleast 10 people to buy from street cycles, they ALL had GREAT experiences, i myself since then have bought 2 more bikes and a 4 wheeler, and will be back this spring for another bike, always outstanding service, i will never buy another 4wheeler motorcycle or snowmachine from any dealer other then street cycles regardless of the price, keep up the good work street cycles, duane and crew!!!!

During the last week of August 2006, several memebers in my family embarked on a motorcycle trip from Rochester, NY to Maine and back. The 1st day of the trip my battery ceased to function because of a bad regulator. We were fortunate enough to break down near a dealer in VT who was very willing to help us locate a part and get us up and running.
The had a part shipped to your store, where we would be the following day. Although you were out when we arrived, Duane, your staff was very friendly and helpful. Without your shops willingness to help, we would have had to stop the trip.
I wanted to thank you for having such a helpful store and although I never got to meet you, I am grateful."

"Called at 9:30 in the morning checking on price and
availability of a set of OEM (Metzeler) tires for my 1150RT. They had them in stock, inquired to see if they could be mounted that day. Their Service Manager "Katie" said if I could be there by 2:45 they could do it, I was there at 2:45 and back out the door at 4:15 very pleased with their parts and service folks on such short notice. Would recommend BMW riders to try them for tires as their pricing was competitive and their service great! "

"I am the owner of a 2003 BMW F650 CS. This is my 2nd motorcycle. As a female rider new to the sport, I spent considerable time researching before making this purchase. I really like this bike!
Although we experineced the usual problems, they were all covverd by warranty at Street Cycles. Katie Kimball the service manager, was extremely helpful and friendly. Her efforts and persistence in seeing that the problems were solved are greatly appreciated. Given the reputation of BMW motorcycles I would have expected nothing less. But I was especially impressed by the commitment of the entire staff to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. Duane Snow the owner, even telephoned to explain the nature of the problem. Ultimatley with Katie's help, the problems were solved.
I would highly recommend Street Cycles to anyone interested in purchasing a BMW motorcycle and using Street Cycles for servicing and maintenance."
